This coffee is grown in Agua Coloradas, a small village in the Cajamarca Region. Coffee growing in this region is heavily reliant on small-holder farmers, most farms in this province are under 3 hectares of land.
The Coronel family are no exception, as this coffee is grown on 1 hectare of land. Elver Coronel is a young farmer in Huabal (in Cajamarca). He and his family have dedicated their whole lives to grow coffee of the highest quality.
This is best suited for a pourover filter, Aeropress or cafetiere.
