Ethiopa Uraga Guji Anaerobic Natural
Sweet, juicy and boozy, like mango and vanilla! This tropical fruit-like filter roast comes from the Uraga Station in Guji Region, Ethiopia, where Tracon Coffee have been playing around with different fermentation methods in recent years.
This lot had the cherry sealed up in bags to keep oxygen out and ferment anaerobically, and was then carefully sun dried in the natural process. This brings out some lovely sweetness and a smooth mouthfeel.
As a light roast with fruit-like tasting notes, this one is best served black! Perfect for filter brewing, Aeropress or cold brew.
