A classic Yirgacheffe natural — think tropical fruit, florals, and citrus with a creamy body. Best enjoyed as a filter, black, where the clarity of the cup can do the talking.
Yirgacheffe is one of the most celebrated coffee regions in the world, and Konga Amederaro is one of its standout stations — placing 7th at the inaugural Ethiopia Cup of Excellence and a finalist at Taste of Harvest in 2018 and 2019. That kind of consistency doesn't happen by accident.
As a light roast, we recommend drinking this without milk, so the clarity, fruity flavours and crisp acidity shine through.
Like all our filter roasts, this is probably not suitable for espresso machines. If you are looking for a better option to brew on your home espresso machine, or want a coffee with heavier body and texture, safer to choose one of our espresso roasts.
