This is an incredibly fruity, syrupy & rich filter roast. From Yermy Neyl Pedraza’s Finca La Joya in the South East of Nariño. Finca la Joya is a three hectare farm, where Yermy has been experimenting with extended cherry fermentation to really push the fruity notes of his coffees.

This will make an excellent filter or Aeropress brew. As a light roast, we recommend drinking this without milk, so the fruit-like flavours and juicy acidity come through.
