This is our second year running with our Christmas Filter Blend- it has been a lot of fun bringing two coffees together to create something balanced and juicy for the home filter fanatics! We combined a natural Costa Rica CoopeTarrazú, with a natural Colombia Gustavo Vargas.
The filter brews we are getting from this are incredible - it is juicy and sweet with heaps of fruit. Perfect for your pour overs and AeroPress brews - but will also work really well in a cafetiere! As a light filter roast, we recommend this best served black.
