Our new filter blend came to life on the cupping table, running through combinations until we landed on something we couldn’t stop drinking - a washed Peru and a natural Ethiopian that just made sense together.
Filter brews of this blend are tasting like apricot, caramel & melon — sweet, lively and dangerously drinkable.
Like all our filter roasts, this is probably not suitable for espresso machines. If you are looking for a better option to brew on your home espresso machine, drink your coffee with milk, or want a coffee with heavier body and texture, safer to choose one of our espresso roasts.
