Guatemala Ojo de Agua Washed Filter

from €14.00

This is a beautifully clean, bright and sweet fully washed Bourbon from brothers Francisco and Pedro Jacinto, grown at 1,800m in Guatemala's renowned Huehuetenango region. The variety is Bourbon, and it's a wonderfully approachable coffee with real elegance to it.

Filter brews of this coffee are tasting bright and well-balanced, with notes of chocolate orange, apple and hazelnut coming through alongside a lovely natural sweetness. Huehuetenango is one of the most celebrated coffee regions in Latin America, and this is a great example of why — clean, fruit-forward and deeply satisfying.

Like all our filter roasts, this is probably not suitable for espresso machines. If you are looking for a better option to brew on your home espresso machine, drink your coffee with milk, or want a coffee with heavier body and texture, safer to choose one of our espresso roasts.
