We always keep a spot in our range for a light roast Central or South American coffee, that is approachable in both price and flavour.
This is a great value filter roast grown by Antonio Maria, who is farming in Las Nubes, La Paz.
This washed process Colombia & Castillo variety lot is sweet with nice clarity, with caramel wafer & hazelnut notes.
A perfect one for that morning hand-pour ritual brew, this will make for an excellent pour over filter or AeroPress. As a light roast, we recommend drinking this without milk, so the clarity, sweet flavours and balanced acidity shine through.
Like all our filter roasts, this is probably not suitable for espresso machines. If you are looking for a better option to brew on your home espresso machine, or want a coffee with heavier body and texture, safer to choose one of our espresso roasts.
