The current Classic Espresso is a blend of:
1/3 Costa Rica San Isidro
This is a sweet, syrupy coffee with caramel notes, from León Cortés, Tarrazu.
2/3 Mexico Veracruz
This is a very full-bodied, and chocolatey coffee from Coatepec, in Veracruz.
Roasted a little darker than the rest of our range, for a strong, smooth and full-bodied espresso. This will go well with a drop of milk as well as black.
